Instructions:
For mechanical polishing of headlights:
- Cover the edges adjacent to the headlight to be polished with protective tape.
- Very damaged headlights will be sanded beforehand with abrasive paper with a grain between 2000-3000
- Degrease and clean the surface of the headlight (e.g. or
- Apply the paste on a polishing sponge with a hardness suitable for the degree of surface damage (eg.
- Spread the headlight polish paste at a low speed, about 600 rpm, then gradually increase to about 1200 rpm and polish until you get a high gloss
- Clean the polished surface using a clean microfiber cloth
